Purchase Terms and Conditions
Submitting an inquiry, approving a pro forma invoice or making a payment means that the buyer has read and accepted the following terms. The seller, Alvand Giti Hegmataneh, produces and supplies industrial minerals.
Inquiry and Pro Forma Invoice
The price, quantity, product type, particle size or mesh, packaging, approximate preparation time and other terms of each order are specified in the pro forma invoice. General information on this website does not replace the final specifications in the pro forma invoice.
Order Confirmation
An order becomes final after the buyer approves the pro forma invoice and makes the agreed payment. Changes to specifications or quantity after approval depend on feasibility and the company's agreement.
Price and Tax
Product prices are set out in the issued pro forma invoice. Applicable value-added tax and duties are calculated on the product and stated in the invoice. Freight is not part of the product price or sales invoice and is calculated separately according to the carrier's tariff.
Product Specifications and Quality
The company's obligation is based on the specifications stated in the approved pro forma invoice and, where provided, the agreed analysis or sample. Because of the nature of mineral materials, the agreed technical limits and tolerances must be defined before the order becomes final.
Delivery and Transport
Delivery may take place at the factory. Alternatively, at the buyer's request, the company may coordinate a vehicle through a freight carrier and dispatch the goods. Details are governed by the Shipping and Delivery Methods page and the pro forma invoice.
Returns and Nonconformity
The procedure for reporting a nonconformity and for returns and refunds is set out on the Returns, Nonconformity and Refunds Policy page. The buyer must report any discrepancy with the pro forma invoice, with supporting evidence, no later than one day after delivery.
Buyer Information
The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of their name, national identification or economic code, address, phone number, unloading location and the information needed for documents and transport. Costs or delays caused by incorrect information are the buyer's responsibility.
Support and Complaints
Requests and complaints are received and reviewed through the Contact Us page or the company's official phone numbers. Mandatory laws and the legal rights of both parties remain applicable.
