How to Place an Industrial Mineral Order
Alvand Giti Hegmataneh supplies silica, calcium carbonate, dolomite and sodium feldspar for industrial and wholesale requirements. To receive an accurate quotation, send the product name, required grade or mesh, quantity, destination and preferred packaging.
1. Submit Your Technical Requirements
Use the Request a Quick Quote form or contact our sales team. Please include the required particle size, chemical analysis, monthly consumption, application and delivery location. If your specification is still being developed, our team can help you select a suitable grade.
2. Technical and Commercial Review
We review availability, production lead time, quality requirements, packaging and freight conditions. A preliminary price range may be provided first; the final price depends on grade, particle size, order volume, packaging and destination.
3. Proforma Invoice and Payment
After the specification and commercial terms are approved, a proforma invoice is issued with product description, quantity, unit price, packaging, delivery terms, payment method and validity period. Payment details are supplied only through the company’s confirmed sales channels.
4. Production, Quality Control and Dispatch
The order is prepared according to the confirmed specification. Where agreed, technical data, analysis results, packing details and dispatch information are provided before shipment.
