Shipping and Delivery Methods
Shipping and Delivery Methods
Industrial mineral orders are dispatched according to product type, quantity, packaging, destination and the agreed Incoterms or domestic delivery terms.
Domestic Delivery Options
- Factory pickup: the buyer or nominated carrier collects the order at the agreed loading time.
- Coordinated road freight: our sales team can coordinate a suitable truck based on shipment weight, route and unloading requirements.
- Partial or scheduled deliveries: available for qualifying supply contracts and recurring industrial demand.
Export Shipments
Export orders can be prepared for road, container or other agreed transport methods. Documentation, palletizing or special packing requirements must be confirmed in the quotation and proforma invoice.
Packaging and Load Protection
Products may be supplied in bulk, industrial bags or jumbo bags. Packaging choice affects handling, freight cost and final price. The customer should provide suitable unloading equipment and a clean, dry storage area.
Delivery Inspection
At receipt, check package count, visible condition and shipment documents before unloading is completed. Any visible discrepancy should be recorded immediately with photographs and reported to the sales team.
Lead Time and Freight Cost
Lead time and freight are confirmed for each order because they depend on production schedule, tonnage, packaging, carrier availability and destination. Request a quotation with the exact delivery city or border/customs point for an accurate estimate.
